Terms and Conditions
1. Card Capture
Instead of requiring deposits, I'll be using card capture. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no show. No prepayments or deposits are necessary unless otherwise noted at my discretion.
2. Cancellation Policy
Please be respectful of my time.
3. Lateness
If you are more than 15 minutes lare, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the full fee may still apply.
4. No-shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a full charge and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
5. Refunds
All services are non-refundable once rendered. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss a resolution.
6. Health and Safety
Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to your appointment. I reserve the right to decline service if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
7. Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time, especially in cases of inappropriate behaviour, disrespect, or safety concerns.
8. Discretion
While I aim to be flexiable, exceptions to policies will be made solely at my discretion, based on individual circumstances.
9. Age Requirement
For health, safety and insurnace reasons, I do not offer services to individuals under the age of 16. Proof of age may be requested. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who doesn't meet the age requirement.
